About

The Cowtown Ball is celebrating its 31st year in Fort Worth as a top Tarrant County gala. This event has raised more than $8 million for the American Cancer Society in the Fort Worth area. These funds are used to help people stay well, get well, find cures, and fight back against cancer in our community. Guests don cowboy chic attire for an evening of dining, dancing, and entertainment, all to raise money for this worthy cause. We invite you to help us attack cancer from all angles.

The American Cancer Society is the leading cancer-fighting organization with a vision of ending cancer as we know it, for everyone. We are the only organization working to improve the lives of people with cancer and their families through advocacy, research, and patient support, to ensure everyone has an opportunity to prevent, detect, treat, and survive cancer. Learn more about who we are, what we do, and our plans for the future by exploring the areas below.

At the American Cancer Society, we're on a mission to free the world from cancer. Until we do, we'll be funding and conducting research, sharing expert information, supporting patients, and spreading the word about prevention. All so you can live longer — and better.
